Payment & Delivery
Payment is accepted via any of the following methods on this website:
Credit/Debit Card using Global merchant services.
Free Delivery for orders above £1200 excluding VAT.
Orders in the UK Mainland below £1200 have a delivery charge of £50 + VAT for standard service (up to 3 working days) and £60 for next day delivery (orders must be placed before 1pm).
Delivery is Free for UK Mainland orders above £1200 exc. VAT
Delivery will be made by Palletways and may require communication by Palletways for which your contact information may be passed onto them to contact you.
Deliveries not accepted or allowed suitable space to offload will incur extra charges which will be billed to the recipient.
All our pallets are dispatched with a seal. Should the seal be broken or damaged then please contact us immediately providing an image of the pallet. You must also state on the delivery note that the pallet has been received with a damaged seal.
If the seal is broken, our company delivery note will be placed within the pallet and it is your responsibility to check the quantity of the pallet(s) with the delivery note.
Returns are only accepted if the products are damaged/faulty and must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery.
Products will be replaced with products of equal value to the products purchased.
Refunds will only be offered if another product of the same value is not available.
For orders that are cancelled before being dispatched there is no cancellation fee.
If orders are cancelled after being dispatched then the transport costs to bring the stock back to the warehouse will be payable by yourselves. This may cost up to £100 per pallet.
