Terms & Conditions

• All prices are exclusive of VAT.
• The carton size for each product varies and sizes of the cartons are available on request.
• Your contact information may be passed onto our pallet carrier Palletways to contact you to book in a delivery date and time.
• Returns are only accepted if the products received are damaged. In case you receive a damaged pallet or a pallet with a broken seal please contact us immediately with an image proof.
• If you receive the wrong product please contact us immediately.
• Deliveries will be made using Palletways, any delay by Palletways is not our responsibility.
• Goods will be dispatched once payment is cleared and confirmed.
• Prices may change without notice, so please check before you make a purchase.
• In rare cases of oversold/short stock, we will contact you and provide you with a product of the same value.
• Should delivery not be accepted by the buyer, even after booking in, then they are liable to pay any extra charges incurred by Palletways for keeping the stock in their warehouse.

​For customers outside United Kingdom:

• European customers: Please provide VAT and EORI registration number for the VAT to be waived. Otherwise, we will need to charge VAT on your purchase.
• Non-European customers: Please provide shipping evidence for VAT to be waived. Otherwise, we will need to charge VAT on your purchase.
